I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE HERE! The staff is so accommodating to my Dog's anxiety issues. Our appoints are made at slower times to gradually get her used to the office, strangers and other animals. Bubblegum is a handful, and they all show her nothing but love and patience! Traci ROCKS! She is always an email or phone call away and is so helpful!
They take too long to take your pet inside and they are nasty if you say something that they do not agree with. I had a vet tech tell me "calm down" when I was just trying to let them know that they should tell people who are outside waiting that they can check in inside the office. It's a very disorganized place.
