AWS Title Services, LLC were able to help my wife and I get the necessary legal documents that allowed us to close on our first home. They were great to deal with particularly Ashley Wait-Woodcock. And their entire staff was courteous and explained what the process was every step of the way. Should we ever need these services again we will definitely go back to AWS. Thanks a bunch
I would have given them a solid review when we first worked with them. Pleasant enough. However they messed up our tax documents in a BIG way. With two people signing the closing which was for a 515k sale, the taxes were all filed under one name. A mistake that could not be corrected by the time it was discovered and costed big. Be careful.
