Professional, friendly, fast. Would 100% recommend!
Extremely disappointed with this title company. They released commission funds without a Disbursement Authorization (DA), which is a basic requirement. This mistake caused unnecessary issues after closing. I would not recommend this title company.
AWS Title Services, LLC were able to help my wife and I get the necessary legal documents that allowed us to close on our first home. They were great to deal with particularly Ashley Wait-Woodcock. And their entire staff was courteous and explained what the process was every step of the way. Should we ever need these services again we will definitely go back to AWS. Thanks a bunch
