AWS handled my closing last week and they were excellent. Each person on their team was very easy to work with and always took the extra time to explain things when needed. They made the whole process worry-free. I highly recommend.
AWS Title is the absolute best company to assist you with closings. Always professional, great problem solvers, extremely knowledgeable and their service is impressive. Ashley and Mary have been able to create solutions to get many transactions closed when others could not.

Extremely disappointed with this title company. They released commission funds without a Disbursement Authorization (DA), which is a basic requirement. This mistake caused unnecessary issues after closing. I would not recommend this title company.
