I kept telling myself I didn't need a lawyer and that I could figure things out on my own which in hindsight was honestly pretty dumb. My situation kept getting more complicated and I was just digging myself deeper trying to handle everything without professional help. My neighbor had used AWS Law Firm for something completely different and told me just call them what's the worst that can happen. So I did. From the first consultation I realized how much I didn't know and how much I had been messing up trying to do it myself.
Response time to emails and paperwork could be a little better. Updates/uploads to portal could also be a little better. When I had my consultation I was excited bc I thought that is who would be helping me, but that is not the case and I was assigned to someone else. By no means am I saying the ones helping me are not good or helpful. Just wish it was a little faster so it doesn't end up costing me more in the end.
We're very happy with this firm and its' staff.
