Always towing but doesn’t have a driver available at 7pm no wait time provided straight up no driver. We gotta do better Charlotte!
DO NOT do business with this company. The driver LIED and said he would’ve gotten stuck if he would’ve tried to help me. The driver that was sent out took fabricated pictures and said it was impossible to help me. And also said he will have another truck sent out. Which also was a lie!! I waited an extra 2 hours for another truck to get from me. Not to mention he was smoking weed while he was “suppose” to be assisting me.
Very quick and efficient tow, especially with me contacting them after hours. Would recommend to anyone in the area. Very professional
My rear suspension came out due to a pothole. Other tow truck companies wouldn’t have took my car but Kyle made it happen. Kyle was very nice and understanding of my situation. The price was better than I expected especially with my car situation. We definitely need more towing companies like this one in Charlotte. Thank you Always Towing!
