Very bad experience. I thought it will be a seemless experience based on reviews here. Jesse from Awesome moves cancelled the appointment late evening before the moving day. Disappointed. Got refunded anyways..

I am very disturbed about how UNPROFESSIONAL this company is. I spoke to the owner named Jesse White and I called him to confirm my appointment. He told me “I don’t remember about your appointment.” I find that very unprofessional. Very unfortunate that I took the time to give my email, my address, and I even received an invoice when the owner says he didn’t remember about having appointments to help move. Dishonest! These owner seemed nice but his 2 helpers (don’t know their names) were totally unprofessional - about the loading process itself - with attitudes, but the main problem was while I was upstairs disassembling a bed with the owner, the helpers were downstairs doing nothing and one of them stole my AirPods. I waited until after the move to be certain i had not misplaced them. But i had just bought them for the drive about 3 days earlier, so they were brand new.
