Liz has been working on my back, neck, and shoulders for about 5 years now and she's the absolute best. She is very attentive when I'm describing where my trouble areas are and her deep tissue/myofascial work is what keeps me coming back. I highly recommend Liz, especially if you're needing relief from chronic muscle tension
