Liz at Awesome Massage has helped relieve a lot of tension based pain and other issues. After my first myofascial release session with her, there was some discovery of where issues lie and opening or softening of the problems areas. After 2 sessions there was significant relief throughout my back, a comfort which I have not noticed in a long time. Thank you, Liz!

She is very attentive when I'm describing where my trouble areas are and her deep tissue/myofascial work is what keeps me coming back.
