My husband surprised me with a gift certificate of a 60 minute massage. The gift certificate indicated both the money value and service purchased . I made my appointment told them I had a gift certificate. After I got my massage I was told they had increased their prices and I had to pay the difference. The gift certificate was only purchased 7 weeks ago. I was very upset they wouldn’t honor the services that my gift certificate was purchased for.
