Amazing facilities and friendly staff. I felt well cared for and looked after from check in until the end. Had a facial treatment performed by Ruben who was gentle and skilful I felt so relaxed at the end. They offer complimentary valet parking as well which is a bonus. Will definitely be back!
I’ve had a lot of massages around the world, but this topped all of them. I think they used around 30 towels. They wrap you up like a mummy. The oil is the perfect temperature. The towels are heated. And they have a special bed that moves you into comfortable positions as the Massage progresses. Joey (male) was perfect! Thank you!
My mother and sister and I had the Relax package this weekend. We were absolutely blown away. We agreed it was the best massage we had ever had across the three therapists- the attention to detail, quality, and technique is unmatched. The facilities themselves are modern and well-maintained- we loved using the mineral spas before our treatment. The post-treatment snacks and tea is a nice touch. Front desk service was also excellent. We will be back!

I had an amazing massage and facial with Joey today - it was divine! Everything from start to finish was perfect, including the champagne afterwards with a view of Southbank. The facilities were quiet, clean and so relaxing. It’s hard to find a good quality day spa and this one is very impressive! Thank you!
