Can not thank Awatere enough for the care of my late Dad. Dad was in Awatere for 4 years and very rarely complained. They try really hard to treat the residents as individuals. Maggie and Sherri deserve a special mention. They were both so kind to Dad and treated Dad with so much respect. Always had peace of mind that Dad was safe and happy. Thank you so much.
We have experienced extremely supportive care from all staff at Awatere thus far. Any housekeeping concerns raised (minor) have immediately been acknowledged, then promptly followed up. Communication is excellent. Staff interaction is consistently friendly and professional (and they have a sense of humor too which is often appreciated!!) Regular updates from medical staff when things go awry with the old folks.
