Do you have an upcoming surgery that you're nervous about? Three weeks ago now, that was how I felt. I was having trouble sleeping and was constantly waking up in the middle of the night. After a couple sessions with Taryna I am sleeping much better! I'm more energised in the morning and able to get my day started sooner. Highly recommended! Give it a shot!

A sports injury and repetitive motion caused significant lower back pain. The pain caused great stress on my body and only worsened over time and sometimes i could not get out of bed. Taryna helped me by providing me with the tools needed to focus on relaxation techniques. After a few sessions my pain was dramatically reduced.
