Been going here for a while now whenever my lower back acts up, all the staff are great and get me back up and about and pain free. Highly recommend.

I suffered a brain aneurysm at the end of a Pilates session and the owner/instructor failed in her duty of care to call an ambulance. Instead I was put into an empty room and the door was closed because I was disturbing the other clients (I was screaming in pain and vomiting profusely). I ended up driving myself home while I had a brain bleed! I was unable to call an ambulance for myself for 24 hours (I couldn’t recognise numbers or letters) delaying the critical medical attention I needed. Shame on you Lahn.
I had an amazing experience with Nicole! She’s not only incredibly skilled and professional, but also has such a down-to-earth and calming presence. You can tell she truly knows what she’s doing—every movement was intentional and effective. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and very well taken care of. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone who’s both technically excellent and genuinely has your best interest. 😘❤️🙏
