I love the way that Jen starts every session with a brief catch up on how things have been since my last appointment. She really listens to what I say and uses it to guide the treatment plan and exercises she gives me. She is clearly someone who loves what she does and cares deeply about building a rapport with her clients which is very important to me.
Awesome appointment at Plus Health Company last week to sort out some running related issues. This is the second time Jen has sorted me out and I always recommend her to all my friends and family. Her holistic 'top to toe' analysis (very insightful!) coupled with a deep massage released considerable tension in my lower legs which was such a relief.
