Was a customer of theirs in 2021 before moving to Calgary. After moving back, I contacted them and was ignored, promised emails with available units, and those emails never came. When I finally did get a reply, there were "policy changes" that weren't communicated to me because my customer status was no longer "active". Companies who change their policies without notification are among the top of companies who can't be trusted. Renter beware! I know lots people don’t read long articles so let’s make the long story short 😊 This is my first car rental experience in Canada, and this is one of the best decisions I made during this trip. Award Evolution is so nice, helpful and supportive that will make your trip easier!!!
