When the spa is open and actually staffed, it can be lovely. But there is no agreement on the hours—the website, voice mail, and spa staff all list different days and times. And, on days when they claim to be open, they regularly have no staff for spa treatments. Resorts World does not prioritize the salon at all. If you are going there to gamble, great. Otherwise, there is nothing else to do especially if you are the non-gambling member of the family.
