I gave it a 2 star rating because the only thing I enjoyed from my visit was the friendliness from the lady who did my pedicure. I booked an appt for 2 pedicures. When we arrived it was only one lady as the other didn’t show. Did I receive notice? Nope. Not one phone call. Therefore I was there for 2 hours. Yet this business requires a 24 hour notice if you can’t make your appt. Moving on to the services we had done. 2 of the 25.00 “basic” pedicure which I could’ve done at home. I love the casual, friendly atmosphere of Awakenings. It's quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Not all the hustle and bustle of other salons. Great place to unwind while you beautify. I love the personal one on one service. They make you feel like family while you're there. Not only is the customer service wonderful but the quality of their work is exceptional. Phenomenal massages... whether it's a couples massage, single, hot stone, aromatherapy, 30 minutes or 60, it's always a FANTASTIC experience! I've also gotten wonderful lash extensions and pedicures.
