Our commitment to this practice comes from the transformative experiences it has brought about in our own lives. We believe it to be a medium through which we can develop both as individuals and as a community and evolve in compassion, responsibility and health. Our mission is to create a space in which we can all develop our awareness, generate positivity and heal ourselves through practicing the amazing gift that is yoga.

This was my first time attending the Open Your Heart Through Painting workshop with Paulina. I immediately felt welcomed by her warm personality and the space she created made it easy to relax and to express my creativity with colorful paints.
