Down 30 pounds in 47 days! Just went under 200 lbs for the first time in 40 years! Joe and the team at the Quincy MA location are great to work with. The plan was also much more affordable than I was expecting. Simply stated this really works! Thanks
The program works as advertised. I lost 42 pounds. Went off the program and put 25 back on. Returned to the Quincy 180 office and I'm back within 7 pounds of target weight. Follow the program and you lose the weight. Simple as that!
This program has been life changing At 60 ,morbidly obese, and looking at having to have two total knee replacements life was overwhelming.
