I visited the shop a few weeks ago, and the owners were so warm and welcoming. They gave us a quick tour of the rooms, and the whole space immediately felt sacred, peaceful, and safe — the perfect environment for the healing work that happens there. I also had the chance to take a class with Louise, who shared some of the dance programs she offers. It was unique in the best way, and the tools we used felt really supportive to my body. Since working with Heather and Jesse, my boundaries have been so strong and I’ve felt so much more centered, emotionally balanced, and peaceful. Awaken Wholeness Center was an incredible experience. The center offers three technologies produced by Ross Newkirk of “Conscious Technologies LLC”. The center facilitates raising consciousness by providing access to or “training wheels” of meditation. We were greeted by Heather Newkirk, the director. Heather did a beautiful job of making us feel welcome and at ease with the Center’s offerings. She explained the core harmonizer’s ability to create a peaceful environment. It's deeply relaxing and healing experience. It gets me right into a deeply meditative state!
I've experienced the FLO unit 3 times in 3 weeks...for me I have to say my pulse is at 65...feeling so relaxed...joyful...free of worries...sleeping great, It's like Spring cleaning for your body, mind and soul !
