Made an appointment online for micro needling for March 28 at 10am .. Called at 830 am when their hours say they are open to change to Botox and lip fillers.. Called me back at 9:30 to tell me they didn't have me down and no one is in the office... Didn't even try and make it right. I'll go somewhere else who has a little more responsibility
