Well, I spent a month trying to sort out my injury on my own and it took Dr Greg only one session to get me back out running. His positivity was so helpful. We worked on the issue together, he gave me some work to do, and that was it. I was back!

After a bad experience with a different physical therapist, I chose to see Dr. Greg with Awaken Performance Rehab. Immediately he showed intent to help and gave me stretches and exercises. He would also explain why we use each stretch/exercise. Scheduling was easy and he was always one text away with any questions I had. I’m back running now and getting more confident with every step.
Greg made me a believer in Physical Therapy. I've had many injuries where I was prescribed PT and in each of my first few PT appointments I was given a sheet of paper with some exercises on it and pointed to a corner of the office where I could work on the exercises. After multiple experiences like that, whenever I would get an injury I would simply look up exercises on my own and perform them.
