I've had a few sessions with Louise over the years. The latest was at a time I needed most. With trauma impacting me on several levels Louise has disarmed the situation to something that's manageable. Honestly a GP would prescribe medication Louise has taken a natural approach . Can recommend the treatment highly enough.

Wow Louise 11 days and not one single smoke!! I must admit I was little skeptic about hypnosis being my first time and all. However I was willing to give anything a go to give up. I’m very glad I did, I walked out feeling like I have never smoked and no cravings or even tempted at all. Louise makes the whole process so comfortable and relaxing form when you walk in the door to when you walk out. I can not thank you enough Louise and would recommend you to anyone

I had dental trauma not once but three times on the same tooth! Louise was able to help me find my own solutions and then was able to reinforce them using those fabulous techniques she talks about on the video. I used her recordings every night before going to bed until my next dental appointment. I went nervous but not terrified. I was fine and had no issues at all. I totally reccomend Awaken Hypnotherapy for all historical trauma.

Hello I'M 65 YEARS OLD WENT WITH SOME Scepticisms I must say I had a smoke before going for the appointment and haven't had one since although I sometimes feel like one there is something imbedded in the back of my brain that's telling me not to that's 5 months ago I must say I'm definitely converted all though it may not be for everyone it worked for a non believer like me ( if your serious give it a try )

Louise is so insightul and empathetic. She has the ability to really listen and tune in. I have experienced so many benefits from our sessions, they have been life changing and affirming. Can not recommend her highly enough or be more grateful...she is an absolute professional. Thank you Louise.
