Heidi is wonderful. I have been coming to her for past several years- not only for therapeutic massages, but also for the infrared sauna.
Heidi is WONDERFUL! I started seeing her several years ago to see if her MLD and therapeutic massage could help with some of my chronic illness symptoms and it has! She has been instrumental in my recovery after several surgeries. Over the years she has grown to be both a trusted professional and also a lifelong friend!
Heidi is amazing!! I always leave feeling better and lighter. Going to her twice a month has really helped me manage my Lyme symptoms and overall immune health- highly recommend!
I cannot say enough good things about Heidi! I have a chronic illness which causes a lot of pain-I have gone to a lot of different massage therapists through the years trying to find the right person and Heidi has been an amazing find. She listens to what your needs or concerns are, what you feel needs work on and takes everything into consideration. I always leave feeling better and can't wait until my next appointment!
Heidi is intensely knowledgeable about all the healing services she provides. When I suffered a terrible, traumatic fall last year, she suggested options for my best path for treatment like infrared sauna and manual lymphatic drainage. I feel that each modality noticeably accelerated my recovery. She is always on time, professional, and the environment she creates for me from the time I arrive till the time I leave is absolutely calm, clean and serene. I leave there feeling totally refreshed, grounded and reset!
