Although I didn't know what to expect, I felt comfortable and relaxed during my entire visit. Heidi was pleasant and very helpful.She explained what she was doing and encouraged me to ask questions. My left foot has been extremely swollen for most of a year. After my session with Heidi, it was noticeably less swollen. Heidi is WONDERFUL! I started seeing her several years ago to see if her MLD and therapeutic massage could help with some of my chronic illness symptoms and it has! She has been instrumental in my recovery after several surgeries. Over the years she has grown to be both a trusted professional and also a lifelong friend!

Heidi is amazing!! I always leave feeling better and lighter. Going to her twice a month has really helped me manage my Lyme symptoms and overall immune health- highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Heidi! I have a chronic illness which causes a lot of pain-I have gone to a lot of different massage therapists through the years trying to find the right person and Heidi has been an amazing find. She listens to what your needs or concerns are, what you feel needs work on and takes everything into consideration. I always leave feeling better and can't wait until my next appointment!
