I have had many massages over the years and various other treatments. Heidi is the ONLY ONE that has been able to relieve my back pain for a sustained period of time. If you want to have a have a great massage, Awaken and Restore is the place to go! I l went to see Heidi, my neck and shoulders were so stiff. After the massage I felt great!
