I needed to close out a small C-corporation and Angie and team were helpful to guide me through that process and helped find the right form needed with the Secretary of State. I have been using Angie and her team for years. She is always available to answer any questions that I have, and she is one of the few, if not the only attorney in the area, that can get things done quickly and effectively. I have sent closings to her and asked for a 48 hour turn around, and she delivers! Her staff is knowledge and polite, and they always go the extra mile to get things done. If I could give them more than five starts I would.
Nice team
The use of the attorney defeats the purpose when they have poor documentation and mailing service. After multiple calls, came to understand that my documents has been lost in mail and they have zero accountability - no tracking numbers. They sent me soft copies.
