Good, honest lads in this place. Booked in for yesterday morning to diagnose a major issue (like, engine completely dying multiple times on the motorway kind of issue). They checked everything over and narrowed it down to just needing a fuel filter change. They could have told me it was an expensive EGR related issue as there was a fault code for it, but just honest lads about it, which is unfortunately rare these days. I don't normally leave negative reviews of anyone as I prefer to take matters up face to face, but as it was made obvious they don't want my custom I can only assume they won't have time for my feedback either. Not only did they not get the job done, I'm not convinced they made any attempt, and I've never seen anyone be so rude in the process, plus they wasted two weeks of my time all for nothing.
