I would give it 0 if I could. Some bus drivers were nice and some just rude but today they didn't let my sister on route 52 she needed to get to school and doesn't have a ride. Students should be allowed to take the bus no matter what.

I’ve been riding an AVTA bus everyday esp. the ROUTE 1 bus and one of the Main concern i want to be improve of the Management is the Cleanliness of the bus..The SEATS are so DIRTY and STINKY..You can smell the Pee and There are Stains on the Seats…even the walls ..I hope the Management will DO something in this matter soon coz there are students and workers that will SIT everyday and seats are NOT clean and Brush..Some passengers just prefer to STAND co’z of the seats are DIRTY…so disgusting….the Bus is very attractive outsi... read more

While some drivers are the best and treat people really well, the rest who don't represent you, as well. Absolutely worst bus service! Driver will drive right past you and literally try to avoid you! Buses are dirty and look like they're cleaned once a month. Some buses just don't show up at all, causing me to be late! I've called and addressed this issue several times over several months and still no change at all.
