We have been in the vehicle rental business for over 12 years, renting all types of vehicles, and now specializing in Vans. The rental process is ridiculous (although the front desk folks are nice). They had to speak with my insurance agent. Crazy. They have no shuttle except business hours, so had to get a $15 uber to get to the airport. I almost never take the time to write a bad review but this was a terrible experience. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE FOLKS!!
Great customer experience. Last minute reservation and AVR was able to offer us great reasonable price for the size of the vehicle needed when other rental places was charging double. AVR was a life saver for our family. Thank you
Hire new agents and buy newer vans with less damage. Train your team on how to provide better customer service
When I picked up the car I was surprised the van that we rent has so much scratches at the outside and dirty floor mats. I told the receptionist and she said they are aware of that it will be no problems. We only need the van for 1 day and returned the next day. We returned the van at 8:00 AM and the staff said that they cannot inspect it until 9:00 AM. They told me just leave the car there and they will contact me if there is any problems. The website was easy when I got there they were very kind, efficient and give us a terrific van for my daughterâs party. All of my friends were impressed with the van as well. I recommend this company to everyone.
