the van sliding door didn't close properly and the drivers door didn't lock, also AVR didn't accept the prepaid priceline insurance that was done with the booking on priceline and then priceline wouldn't refund the insurance since they claimed that AVR did use their insurance.

Totally ruined our first day of vacation, gave our van away that we reserved two months in advance without even a courtesy call. Left eight of us stranded in the parking lot. Only reason I give one star is because there is no option to give less

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I called about 2 months ahead to rent 3, 15 passenger vans. The day before I was supposed to pick up the vans Justin called me to make sure we were all good to go. After a long talk he told me that I could not rent all 3 vans unless I had a different form of payment for all 3 and that each driver for each one of the vans had to pay for theirs. Terrible. Shanna had us standing for 30 mins. Then didn't give me what I asked for in contract. I returned van immediately only to find out i had been ROBBED. stay far away from these CROOKS!
