I booked a car with this company using economicbooking.com. I didn't know they were not at the midway airport until I arrived there. The email I received said I will pick the car there. I found out you have to call a number so AVR will pick you up there because they are off site the midway. After calling 20 times they NEVER answered my calls. It took 90 minutes to get the van when we were the only customers there. First, they gave us a van that has no front AC. It was sweltering hot! Then we got a different van. Haft an hour in, we realized a weird noise when we turn the steering-wheel. I suspect that the steering wheel fluid is empty, and sure enough it was. I had to stop at a gas station and got one to pour it in. It worked the rest of the trip. The van was old and all banged up. There were dents all around the van, all four sides.
Prepay the van when I picked it up got a different much bigger one with NO AIR conditioning missing grill and our trip was to Orlando Florida.
We had to drop off during after hours and we had difficulty finding WallyPark.
I really donât have to much to say, but I didnât know until I picked up a 15 passenger van that didnât have unlimited miles but other then that I love to van.
