I have ordered through ifoodequipment twice now but they will no longer receive my business ever again. Why have a website where you are able to order and pay for items only to be told that they do not have them in stock? Yes they do refund you but now you then have to find an alternative equipment provider. Once I finally received the items that they do have in stock, I then find out that they sent the wrong items. I have worked with Kristy and her team at Avondales for many years. These days I find that top notch customer service is lack lustre at best. Not at Avondales!!! The Avondale’s team go above and beyond to make sure that their customer are taken care of. Not only do they take care of their customers, but go out of there way to source equipment or answers their customers require.
