Me and my husband didn't have a good experience with this preferred lender. We were told to look for emails that consisted of important info that needed to be signed, the paperwork showed up days later. Our closing date was pushed back several times because our loan was given to someone else to work. My husband provided all of the info that was requested and we would get calls or emails asking for the same stuff over. I don't recommend this company!
I had a good experience working with Corey and Traya at Avondale. They were competent in their tasks and communicated with me throughout the process.
They was the best we close last year in October it was a smooth process
