Without service being rendered and documents not signed they charged my credit card for $60 for dispatching a truck scheduled for a time frame that I didn't agree on. Imagine how much money they can make off people without even having to deliver. Do not give your credit card information before you sign a contract with them.
I wish ZERO stars was an option. This Company is either terrible at what they do or a SCAM! I don't know where all these positive reviews are coming from when literally the whole operation seems to be ONE GUY with several phone numbers that he does not answer or return calls from. We paid a deposit of OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS for them to broker a moving company to deliver a container, load it, and ship it to our new city when they had a load ready to go.
