I have not done many reviews for anything let alone a bus operation but had such a great experience I had to share. 2 days ago I road the bus home with my 8 year old son from BC to Avon. Got into the hotel and realized my goggles must have fallen off my helmet, they aren’t cheap so I panicked. Ran back to the bus station spoke to multiple drivers who calls it in a gave me the main business number to call as well. I road the bus up to retrace my steps but no luck. PARATRANSIT PUNISHES THE DISABLED FOR BEING DISABLED! Paratransit is pretty much the most useless thing in the world. It's anything but ACCESSIBLE. The cutoff time to schedule is 5 which is normally when people get off from work. As disabled people, we often have unexpected emergencies where we CAN'T make an appointment due to our DISABILITY, for that Paratransit PUNISHES THE DISABLED FOR BEING DISABLED!

Busses will show up once in a blue moon on time or just completely not come until the next time variable can’t rely even on public transportation
The driver of the night rider bus Steve will not ask passengers to wear masks, it is out of control. The whole bus could be without their mask and he would not care at all. They also never have any masks available on the bus.
