Mitch is very knowledgeable and experienced in his role. I went to him after dislocating my shoulder. He gave me three different stages of Physio to strengthen and prepare my shoulder to keep training BJJ. Now, 4 months later after following his exercises I’m back to sparring in BJJ, with my shoulder feeling strong and comfortable. I would highly recommend
