Shane is a very knowledgeable, experienced therapist who seems to genuinely care about his clients & the cause of their pains/discomforts to help with longer term pain relief. Would highly recommend!

Shane was amazing! He worked and worked and worked on my tired body and never seemed to tire himself! Shane listened to all my issues and thoroughly worked through them all and I left feeling so elated and grateful.
There's therapists and then there's THERAPISTS . Shane knows his stuff (with backing qualifications), and will apply it to you with plenty of elbow grease, good humour, and care. I work in a physically demanding job and have been worked on by Shane in a remedial manner regularly for years now. I'm not sure what I would do if he stopped! If you've tried massage therapy and it didn't seem to help, try again with Shane and see. (He is also good with acupuncture and chinese medicines) .
I have been seeing Shane for many years and can say that he has been the only practitioner who was able to heal my sports injury. I now see him weekly to help maintain my health and treat any twinges that appear before they become chronic. I highly recommend Shane as an acupuncture and massage therapist.
