Melissa and her staff are absolutely wonderful. From the start, I was impressed by Melissa’s depth of knowledge and the way she thoroughly explains every part of the process. My first time getting a procedure here. It all started with Sergio when I called in to make an appointment. He was very professional and on top of everything. Melissa is phenomenal. She is on top of her game, and does exemplary work. More importantly, Melissa has got an incredible vibe. Melissa makes you feel extremely comfortable and you feel like your family. It's like your favorite restaurant that you go to all the time. This is going to be my favorite spa. Thank you guys.
The Spa is a warm and welcoming environment, clean and pleasant. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. Dr Mel makes you feel at ease. Highly recommended.
