I can't give more stars. The venue was difficult to find. The trains had delays. The walk to it was a loss for me. Then I had to take an Uber which took me a few chains to a destination that I could have walked. I'm not pleased with the white board and marker. I couldn't view my rough work. You must sign in at the front desk. You must sign out as well. The elevator takes you to the 6th floor ( I think) and testing service is across the hallway.

I was moved from the nicer exam room with just 3 tables to the one that had everyone else in it where it was nosier during the middle of my exam. I don’t know if they even paused my test while moving me. They weren’t about to tell me why I needed to move. It just made me so anxious. Also even if your accommodations are pre-approved, they still require you to have a printed out doctor’s note or school note. From the over the phone support over the last days when I changed my exams, times and locations multiple times to the staff at the front desk at this location who welcomed me and got me set up and were accommodating even with me finishing a bit late… they did a great job end to end. The only thing is with my scheduling there were some discrepancies between when I talked to the overseas office to HR to the local offices almost each time but the staff was able to resolve it each time and because they weren’t packed it was a to... read more
