Best real estate school hands down. I took my post licensing 301-303 with Johnny and I have to say the quality of the instruction was top-notch! As a real estate professional I have paid for countless educational courses and sat in on many more free classes taught by so-called "instructors". Johnny brings current industry knowledge and experience to a subject that can sometimes be a tad dry. Highly recommend attending his courses
Johnny is a great teacher, engaging and relatable! I would highly recommend his classes!
I really enjoyed my prelicensing class with Johnny! He kept it interesting, I learned what I needed to in order to pass both tests on my first try. He was also great about incorporating real life scenarios agents will deal with.
Great mix of course material and real life examples. Easy to follow along, enjoyable. Highly recommend. Best price I could find also.
