Theresa was excellent! This is definitely not a spa, it’s a studio upstairs above a barber shop/ tabaco shop, so nothing fancy but Theresa was a great massage therapist and totally worth the money (and nice low price)! Would definitely go back next time I visit.
My wife & I booked massages Saturday afternoon 8/9. We literally planned our Whistler stay around these two appointments. When we arrived, we were told our massage bookings were given away as they tried calling to confirm the appointments which were made two days prior. The number they were calling was the wrong number; which is why nobody answered their calls. The front desk staff is very unorganized and unprofessional. We had massages booked. Showed up and they didn’t have us booked. Upon further investigation they said they all of a sudden remembered they had called to cancel but said they couldn’t get through to us. When I showed my phone with no missed calls they then realized they were calling the wrong number. What?!? Skip over this place.
This Spa located middle of lower village is reasonably priced. My brother John from UK recommended it. They are professionals , and massages are amazing. this is now my to go to Spa every time l visit Whistler with family . I give them 10 / 10. Sheri
