Beautiful items, bad customer service – I love the items she makes, they are absolutely beautiful and I have no problems with the items themselves but I recently placed an order directly with the company and the customer service leaves much to be desired. Incredible, incredible, incredible! – We fell in love with Ms. Stanoff's style and work years ago. It was terrific to see that manifested in distinctive, personalized centerpieces created for a very special event our wedding.
