Very rude customer service, the man at the shop had no manners of customer service. Never buy from this shop. Waste of time going at this shop. Would have loved to give him 0 star.
We came across some beautiful Christmas decorations for our tree at a store in Waverley Gardens this past Christmas. However, when I touched one of the items to get a sense of its weight and quality, a male staff member told me, “Do not touch, just look at them on the tree.” I was taken aback, as seeing them on display is not the same as physically handling them. I've spent a lot of money in this shop over the years, lots of gorgeous items, but will never shop in there again. I went in to look at their Christmas trees with intent to buy and my son and elderly mother in law were admiring some decorations to buy for it, the shopkeeper came in and gave my family the most horrible look of disgust and I couldn't figure out why, she kept turning to us and scowling. Very rude and arrogant people. No wonder why they gave closing down sale.
Unpleasant experience. Yes I took a picture of a vase to ask my family if they love it , the owner / shopkeeper talked to me very rude and questioned am I from other business, I feel like a criminal there even when looking at the shop. I won’t recommend this shop to others because I can imagine how bad would after sale is.
