Update to business reply: We wish to remain anonymous. We did reach out to management at Aviv Movers and our concerns were very poorly addressed and we were directed to make a claim through insurance which would maybe have provided 1% of the damage incurred. We have previously moved with Aviv, but they have less seasoned movers in their employ and while admitting they are less professional still feel it okay to impose them upon clients. Fantastic move experience with Rony and team! They stormed the house early in the morning, packed with both speed and delicate attention, loaded and unloaded, took furniture apart and reassembled them, and all with the best attitude and with extreme expertise. You guys were the best.
