It's been a life-long challenge for me to manage my weight,. Once I got in to my fifties, the strategies I had used in my thirties weren't helping anymore. I started working with Kelly two months ago, and I have been so pleased with the results! I love that Avita has a holistic program that is focused on lifestyle changes, not a "quick-fix".
