Kelly at Avita is great to work with, her program is a tailored solution for overall health and wellness. Kelly works one on one with you throughout your weight release program as well as when you move on to maintenance, if you are looking for a program that works this is the one!
Kelly was encouraging to work with, I was able to get my body back on track and feeling good, she worked with me on a regular basis one to one. I would recommend this program as it works and is easy to follow. Thank you Kelly :) I look forward to keeping you in the loop as I progress, right not I am on maintenance and plan on keeping it that way LOL
