I think Avista is fantastc. The staff are amazing and make us all feel at home. They take great care in making you better and stronger. I loved all of my nurses and aides, but especially Tim and Lynn who were there for me when I really wasn't feeling good. The office staff are all amazing and helpful as well. Thank you Avista!!!
THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTLY RIDICULOUS. STAFF COULDN'T CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS. PATIENT CARE IS BELOW ZERO. THEY DO NOT ACCOMPY PATIENT'S TO ANY APPOINTMENTS. THE DRIVER DROPS THEM OFF AND GIVES RECEPTIONIST PHONE NUMBER TO CALL WHEN THEY ARE DONE. THIS PLACE IS ALMOST AS BAD AS ADIRA! THE STATE NEEDS TO COME IN AND HELP THESE RESIDENTS!
I would give them a negative ten if I could. My mother-in-law sat and cried for a nurse for OVER an hour! 😭 She didn't get help until I called from another phone, and bitched! WORSE NURSING HOME EVER!
