I called late in the evening, stressed and concerned about trying to find a place for my Grandmother. Not only did they answer the phone, they were incredibly kind, knowledgeable and patient with me. The level of kindness and information provided was so appreciated. Thank you!
AVISTA is taking very good care of my Dad. He has difficulty speaking but they take his cues and have come to know and appreciate his unique personality and quirks. The aides and attendants are helpful and the director is “on it”. I am very grateful
I don't have words for this place, other than pick another one. The amount of neglect and bad attitude is just horrible. I have the unfortunate displeasure of visiting this facility often for work, and every time I'm just floored at the total disregard for basic human compassion. Place makes me sick.
I love when I come to visit my love one there is always activities going on. The staff is so engage with the patient and residents. I always enjoy visiting.
