Avis was an amazing experience - this is the best quality/service I have received in any service field, not just upholstery. For context, I recently moved and had blindly ordered a couch that had cushions that were rock hard. Patty took a look, quoted a great price for custom replacement cushions, and even met me early in the morning ahead of normal hours to take the cushions. Extremely professional and great quality work
Excellent work. Great variety of options for every price, from affordable to super expensive and luxurious. But even the affordable fabrics I was shown, looked amazing and super luxurious. They really know their stuff. The owner lady gives great customer service. Even though the job I was seeking was a very affordable job, which likely would provide them with very little profit, they still treated the job as a very important job.
