1 hour to rent a car. Embarrasing
Was issued a car with a large dent and a half flat tire. Was in the process of unloading car when attendant drove off with it and my computer bag and wife’s purse were still in the car! Manager told me I could call AVIS to lodge a complaint and that she couldn’t do anything if we had any money or items missing! Also, after returning the car full of gas (yes I have the receipt), I had to take the time to get my $$ refunded. I will not rent from AVIS at Savannah again.
