We went to Avis to rent a car, September 23 at 10:20, girl was offering something we don tneed for 27$, she saiy,, you need it",we said "no thank you", and then sistem how she saying do not let her go through, and ot sno way we cant rent js without social security and drivivers lissons, BUT WE DID RENT CAR HERE A MONTH AGO AND EVERYTHING WAS WORKING. Booking website doesn’t work, car not available when I arrived (40 minute wait). That said, very nice woman at the front desk with good service and a car in decent shape.
I would like to point out the bad behavior of your employees at the Avis headquarters in New York, 43rd Street. Rudeness at the highest level, unjustifiable behaviour. I would like to take action or have it reported. Unfortunately, you can't give zero stars. I have never seen such rude and indisposing people in my life. I was there with my 9-year-old son.
