You have to take a 8 minute shuttle from the airport to the rental location. Once you’re there the attendant is quick to take care of the paperwork. We like that attendant didn’t try to sale anything else.
Pre paid for my car.. Took an Uber to get there EXACTLY at the time of my reservation. Was told, "Sorry, we have no cars" The lobby had 7 people ahead of me in the same position. They told me cars were on the way from New Jersey. I waited 2 hours for a car on a filthy floor and there was no restroom. I was then told as compensation to keep the car 2 hours later AND to bring it back on empty.
