looks like they’re under new ownership now, and whilst the previous mgmt was consistently great, my first experience with the new guys weren’t even half as good. firstly, I was supposed to get a Hyundai Venue or similar and ended up with a Camry Hybrid (Camries are ok overall but I made an honest mistake and missed the 'hybrid' part up until drove the car out). bad swap! as the prev owner used to provide much more suitable vehicles for each specific season. in light snow and cold weather, the car got stuck and wouldn’t move ... read more
WARNING: Worst Customer Service and Racist Treatment at Avis Location I am writing this review to detail the worst customer service experience I have ever had with a rental agency, particularly Avis, which I have successfully rented from multiple times in the past across various locations.
