WARNING: Worst Customer Service and Racist Treatment at Avis Location I am writing this review to detail the worst customer service experience I have ever had with a rental agency, particularly Avis, which I have successfully rented from multiple times in the past across various locations. Easy in and out. Moving across the street soon.
Advise should give discounts after a booking is changed because of the renter notices an ash tray like cigarettes smell coming from the vehicle after opening the vehicle door. A vehicle change was in order as was a little discount. I became inconvenienced by those who were supposed to aid me in my emergency situation. It's not that good of a Rental place if the employees smoke in the vehicles and give certain smokey vehicles to customers they profile as someone with low standards.
