I had a reservation here, booked several weeks before my flight to the area for work. Due to the pandemic, the location had amended hours and closed early, which is completely understandable. What is entirely unacceptable is that, despite having a reservation with up to date contact information, nobody bothered to notify me that they would not be able to honor my reservation. Reserved a car online. When I went to pick up my car, I was told there were none. From there, Avis has refused to take responsibility and find me another car or to refund my money in a timely manner. Two hours after my initial pickup time, they told me they had a car. What?!?! NOW you have a car?!?! I declined because I had gone through a lot of frustration and had made other plans. Excellent customer service I have never had a bad experiences, Raul and Kelly always do what they can to provide services.
