Went to drop off my rental today and the place was closed!!! Supposed to be open at 8am... My return was scheduled for 9am... There were very angry people there waiting for their rental and no answers!!! There was a guard there that said we would be lucky if they even opened up at all!!! Are you kidding me!!! This place needs to SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY … the front desk is very rude drunk and uses profanity (Leslie)…and probably acts this way because they know there is absolutely NO ACCOUNTABILITY and no supervisor on top of them ..half of the time they just post a sign be back and they are never there ..they are not even in an Avis uniform at all ..if there is a supervisor GM for this area please leave a number to be contacted ..and I will contact you
I returned the car with full gas as I picked it up then they charge me more than $300 they said was empty no gas in it never rent again from this company
Visiting family was attempting same day rental. We found no available vehicles at our first location, the Avis at Greenville Airport was next. I so many keys being passed out
