Oh my goodness!!! This is NOT an exaggerated post. JOSH was great. His customer service was on 1000!!! We were needing a vehicle to travel to New York and we are traveling with my 80 year old father. He was very accommodating and understanding. I also watched him multitasking. He was able to let other customers know that he would ve right with them. I think he should definitely be recognized. Especially since he was working by himself and was quite efficient. Thanks Josh!!
